Job description
The Mental Health Therapist delivers evidence-based counseling services to youth in residential care. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and supporting emotional and behavioral growth through trauma-informed practices.

Desireable Qualifications
- Master’s degree required
- Ohio license: C-T, LPC, LSW required, LPCC or LISW preferred
- JSO or SUD scope of practice preferred
- Experience with assessing and diagnosing male adolescents.
- Other competencies desired: CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (Dialectical behavior therapy), and EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing)
